Psychological consultation is provided by videocall, through a confidential platform that is easy to use. A computer with a good internet connection, headset and microphone are all that are required.
Psychological treatment provided by videocall utilises the same time and expertise as in person psychological consultations.
Initial and subsequent consultations are 60 minutes.
Clients with a GP Mental Health Plan and a referral from their GP are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $89.64 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. There is a gap between the Medicare rebate and the session fee.
