Tracey Larkin is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. Tracey is a Full Member of the Australian Psychological Society, a Medicare Provider, and Psychology Access Plus provider with Sydney North Primary Health Network.
Tracey has been Registered as Psychologist for more than 20 years and has worked with clients across the lifespan presenting with a range of personal, family and work related concerns.
Tracey is a compassionate and creative counsellor and uses a combination of treatment and strengths based approaches including positive psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to help clients achieve emotional, social and physical wellbeing.
During her career Tracey has worked on several Psychology research programs in Australia and the UK including the development and evaluation of treatments for problem drinking, chronic pain, occupational stress, and the social and linguistic development of children with developmental disorders. Tracey has worked in the private and public health sector in Australia and the UK including the Department of Psychology at Sydney University, the Department of Community Medicine at the University of New South Wales, the Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service, the Department of Clinical Psychology at Southampton Hospital, and the Department of Psychology at Southampton University.
Tracey is passionate about Psychology and helping others. Tracey regularly participates in continuing professional development and training through seminars, workshops, conferences and peer consultation. Tracey's practice is governed by the Code of Ethics adopted by the Australian Psychological Society and the Psychology Board of Australia.
